Implementing CaseWare

Phase 5 Template Design Meetings - we meet with subject matter experts to specifically identify the requirements and functionality for the template(s).
Phase 6 Develop Implementation Plan - we develop an implementation plan that identifies tasks to be assumed by all team members and the key milestones for an on-time delivery.
Phase 7 Template Development - we execute on the plan and develop the template based on the needs assessment and the design documents derived from the design meeting.
Phase 8 Implementation and Training - we aid in the roll out of the template and provide the training to your professionals.
Phase 9 Follow Up and Ongoing Technical Support - we are able to provide on-going technical support of the template for those firms without the infrastructure to support the roll out. We have an integrated issues tracking website that enables us to manage and track support issues.
