Proper implementation of a CaseWare Working Papers and a CaseView Financial Statement template is vital to the success of any organization. Phase 2 Implementation Team Training - we prepare your team for the task ahead by introducing them to CaseWare Working Papers and CaseView.
Phase 3 Conduct Needs Assessment - we perform or assist your team in performing a needs assessment which provides the basis for all implementation decisions.
Phase 4 Consulting Meeting - we assemble the implementation team and begin making the high level decisions which will determine the direction of the implementation and template development based on the findings of the needs assessment.
Phase 5 Template Design Meetings - we meet with subject matter experts to specifically identify the requirements and functionality for the template(s).
Phase 6 Develop Implementation Plan - we develop an implementation plan that identifies tasks to be assumed by all team members and the key milestones for an on-time delivery.
Phase 7 Template Development - we execute on the plan and develop the template based on the needs assessment and the design documents derived from the design meeting.
Phase 8 Implementation and Training - we aid in the roll out of the template and provide the training to your professionals.
Phase 9 Follow Up and Ongoing Technical Support - we are able to provide on-going technical support of the template for those firms without the infrastructure to support the roll out. We have an integrated issues tracking website that enables us to manage and track support issues.
